2. Service information related to VPN usage

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and avoiding infringement of any Internet service provider, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP address, DNS query, or other similar information that you transmit to our servers in connection with your online activity is encrypted and cleared when the VPN "session" is closed. That is, we do not collect any information about the websites you visit or any data stored on or transmitted from your device, including any data that applications on your device may transmit over a VPN network. More specifically, in the event of a limited connection to your personal information and no collection of websites you visit or any data stored on or transmitted from your device, Card VPN does not have the following files/information:

- We do not know which user has visited a particular website or service.

- We don't know which user is connected to the VPN at a particular time.

- We do not know the original IP address set or the temporarily assigned network address of the user's computer.

If anyone wants to access or tries to force Card VPN to publish user information based on any of the above, we cannot provide this information because the data does not exist. In good faith to fulfill our contractual obligations and allow you to enjoy quality VPN services, we collect the following information related to your VPN usage:

Information related to the application and application version

We collect information about the application you activated and the version of the application. It enables our support team to efficiently identify and eliminate technical problems for you.

Link related information

We collect information IP addresses about whether the VPN connection was successful on a certain date (but not a certain time of day), to which VPN location (but not the outgoing IP address you assigned), and from which country /ISP (but not your source). Minimal information allows us to provide you with effective technical support, such as identifying connection problems, providing country-specific/region-specific advice on how to use our VPN services, and enabling our engineers to identify and fix network problems.

The size of the transmitted data

We collect information about the amount of data transferred by a particular user. It is one of our service principles to provide unlimited data transmission, but if we find that the traffic of one user exceeds the sum of thousands of users, which affects the quality of other users' service, we may work with the user to find the reason.

Anonymous data for network diagnostics, research, and analysis

When you become a user of our VPN service, with your permission, we collect minimal usage statistics and anonymous analytics data for network diagnostics in our network operations tools to optimize network speed and allow us to identify specific applications, VPN servers or ISPs associated with the following issues: Learning and analyzing statistics enables us to improve the quality of our services and products. We ensure that the information we receive is completely anonymous and cannot be tied to individual users (i.e., we do not store which user sent which data, nor do we store IP addresses).

We will collect the following information:

- Diagnostic information about whether and how VPN connection attempts failed.

- Speed test data.

- Crash report, and no personally identifiable information. These are handled anonymously by third parties, depending on the platform you use.

conclusion

We collect minimum usage data to ensure the quality of our service. While we offer our users services to increase network speed, we cannot uniquely identify any particular behavior of any user because thousands of users share a same location at the same time to enjoy surfing the Internet and use patterns that overlap with thousands of other customers connecting to the same location on the same day.

With regard to sensitive data, we have designed our system to explicitly eliminate the storage of sensitive data. We never know how they use our services.
