Privacy policy

Last updated on 22 January 2023

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our principle of data collection is to collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to operate a VPN service. We want you to know what information we collect, what information we don't collect, and how we collect, use, and store it.

1. Personal information

We do not provide information related to user's personal information, including but not limited to name, address and telephone number, products and functions that you use to enjoy our VPN service. Except in limited special circumstances, we do not automatically collect any of your personal information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as email address, etc., the content and pictures of emails you send to us, and other information you provide. The main reason we use your email address is to communicate with you about your VPN service or to reply to your communications.

We only use your personal information for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy. Without your prior consent, we will not sell your personal information to a third party.

2. Service information related to VPN usage

In accordance with applicable law and to avoid infringing any Internet service provider, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP address, DNS query, or other similar information related to your online activity will be encrypted and wiped after the VPN "session" is closed. That is, we do not collect information about the websites you visit or any data stored on or transmitted from your device, including any data that applications on your device may transmit over a VPN network.

Link related information

We collect information about whether the VPN connection was successful on a given day, at which VPN location, and from which country /ISP.

The size of the transmitted data

We collect information about the total amount of data transferred by a given user. Providing unlimited data transfer is one of our service principles, but if we notice that one user is using more traffic than thousands of other users combined, what is causing the other users to enjoy the high quality of service, we may look to that user for reasons.

Anonymous data for network diagnostics, research, and analysis

When you become a user of our VPN service, with your permission, we will collect minimum usage statistics and anonymous analytics data for network diagnostics in our network operations tools, with the goal of optimizing network speed and allowing us to identify problems associated with a particular application, VPN server or isp. And learning and analyzing statistics enables us to improve our service and product experience.

We will collect the following information:

- Diagnostic information about failed VPN connection attempts and how they might fail.

- Speed test data.

We collect minimum usage statistics to ensure the quality of our services. While we offer our users services to improve Internet speeds, we cannot uniquely identify any particular behavior of any user because thousands of users share the same location to enjoy surfing the Internet at the same time, and usage patterns overlap with thousands of other customers who are also connected to the same location on the same day.

3. Use and sharing of information

Notwithstanding the above, these advertising partners may set up and access their own cookies and similar technology on our services, and they may collect or access information about you in other ways that may be collected over time and through different online services.

When we have no continuing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, and if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in a backup file), then we will store your personal information securely and quarantine it without any further processing until it can be deleted.

We will record any correspondence, questions, complaints or compliments you submit to us. Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your email address and any other information you provide to us.

6. Safety measures

We are committed to protecting your information. We employ advanced physical, procedural and technical security measures in our offices and information storage facilities to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of information.

Our servers are installed in very secure data centers. None of these data centers require us to collect or store traffic data or personal information data related to your use of VPN services. If any data center requests us to record such data, we will immediately cease operations of the data center and seek other solutions.

7. Third-party services

We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services and we encourage you to review their privacy policies carefully.

8. Children's privacy

We feel a special obligation to protect the information we receive from children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16, who are prohibited from using our services.

9. GDPR

We are committed to protecting users' privacy around the world, and controlling users' personal information and collecting as little data as possible is our current approach. In accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU), we collect and process data in the specific manner of EU users outlined in this Privacy Policy on a case-by-case basis and on one of the following bases:

- Provide users with VPN services and apps they require.

- Improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of VPN services and applications.
